Collins Edebiri

Collins Edebiri, FCIPM, FCIPD, FSM who brings his over 35 years of experience in Human Resource Management and Skills in Organizational Development into this project. He served in Shell in different managerial capacities, in addition to leading major transformation efforts across Africa and Europe in the last 21 years. His coaching and mentoring skills; as well as his passion for bringing out the best in people makes an encounter with him a learner’s delight. He has spent considerable time studying organizational behavior and employee engagement strategies.

He is a labour and employee relations expert and also a certified facilitator, executive coach and communicator. He is perhaps one of Nigeria’s leading team building and management retreat expert. He is the National President, Learning & Development Network Nigeria. He is also a member of the Vision 20-20-20 technical committee of the Federal Government of Nigeria, where he led the sub-committees on strategy and change management.

He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, UK, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and the Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria.
